Our services.

1. House Hunting.

At an introductory meeting, we will discuss what you need from us. Multiple housing concepts are compared with your needs, so that a realistic custom plan can be drawn up for you. After that, the active search begins for the most suitable home for you. We will contact you straight away when a house meeting your needs becomes for sale. If you like what you see at the viewing, the house will be legally assessed and a valuation will be made. We will discuss the results. If the home meets your standards, Huis voor je kind will give you definitive advice, after which you can make your final decision about making an offer.

2. House renovations.

You will be provided with elaborated versions of the new floor plans made for you during the hunt for an appropriate house. Then you will have the choice of handling the renovations yourself or hiring Huis voor je kind for the job. For a fixed percentage of the renovation costs, we will handle the whole process. We will bring in our professional in-house team and perform regular checks on performance and schedules.

3. Finding tenants.

You have bought a house for your child to live as a tenant. Most of the time, he or she won't be living alone. If your child is not living with friends, we can use our network to find co-tenants. This happens in close contact with your child, so that the housemates suit his or her character and lifestyle.
Drafting of contracts is included in the standard service. Moreover, you and your child will receive a roadmap, so that the start of student living proceeds smoothly. This covers keys, deposits, meter readings, check-ins, etc.

4. Property management.

Now that your child is enjoying student life with his or her housemates, there are still worries left over for the owner: practical concerns big and small. To take these final worries off your hands, you can contact the Huis voor je kind Property management for a reasonable monthly fee. Tenants can then contact us directly about any questions or defects. We also serve as a point of contact for the owner when it comes to practical concerns. We make sure that no one is needlessly left out in the cold!
